A Day to Remember

I wanted to write a post dedicated to those who have and are serving our country. 8 years ago today our country was scared and confused about what the future held. Many things, good and bad have taken place since that time which have taken over the true meaning of what today should mean to people. We should use this day to remember those who have lived and died for this great country we live in and not dwell on past mistakes. I would love to think that my little girl will be growing up in a country where hate is not more prevalent than love, but as of right now this is not a reality. Whether you are democrat or republican, you should support your country and your president. Stand behind your president and even if you don't agree with everything he is doing. I won't go on any more about this, but I just wanted to say, thank a soldier or a veteran for your life, they are currently fighting or have fought to protect it.
